Solution: The concerned chapter deals with the Leadership and Power that leaders possess and how he uses to change the lives of his followers. On very interesting concept has been added in the chapter that tells us that Power can exist without Leadership but Leadership cannot exist without power. Though each of them are independent concepts but when it comes to influencing a group of individuals they latter becomes conducive to the former.
